About Us
PetalPal wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born in the quiet, sterile corridors of an Australian hospital.
When founder Tyler spent time visiting a close family member in care, he was struck by a series of disheartening roadblocks. First, he noticed that many wards had strictly banned fresh flowers due to allergy risks, stagnant water bacteria, and maintenance concerns. Then, when he looked for alternatives, he was met with eye-watering price tags for arrangements that would inevitably wilt within a week.
Tyler realised that the very thing intended to bring joy—a simple bouquet—had become expensive, temporary, and often restricted. He knew there had to be a cheaper, more accessible, and longer-lasting way to send a "get well soon" or an "I love you."
Design Meets Sentiment
Leveraging his background in product design, Tyler stepped into his workshop with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between the beauty of nature and the durability of modern design.
He focused on three core pillars:
Accessibility: Making sure a beautiful gesture doesn't break the bank.
Longevity: Creating "sentimental flowers" that stay vibrant long after the occasion passes.
Universal Acceptance: Designing products that are welcome in any environment—from ICU wards to minimalist homes.
Flowers That Tell a Story
Today, PetalPal is the result of that creative journey. Based in Australia, the brand specializes in thoughtfully crafted floral solutions that combine the emotional weight of a traditional gift with the permanence of a keepsake.
By rethinking what a "flower" can be, Tyler has ensured that no one is barred from sharing a moment of beauty, no matter the setting or the budget.
Best regards,
